bdjiee Terms and Conditions for Account Bonus Payment Rules

1 Introduction and Definitions

bdjiee (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and bdjiee.

The key terms used in this document are as follows:

"User" or "you" — any person registered on the bdjiee platform.
"Account" — your personal registered profile on the platform.
"Service" — all gaming, betting and financial transaction facilities provided by bdjiee.
"Bonus" — promotional offers, cashback or other rewards provided by the platform.
"Wagering Requirement" — the condition requiring a specified amount to be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

3 Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibilities

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdjiee may request the following documents for identity verification at any time:

Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions
Selfie or photo ID

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no activity for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance charge of up to ৳200 per month may apply to inactive accounts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal processing times:

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
Withdrawals are typically completed within 1 hour
Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment method
Withdrawals may be on hold if KYC verification has not been completed

4.3 Transaction Verification

In accordance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, additional documentation may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the transaction will be automatically suspended.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Fulfilling the wagering requirement is mandatory before bonus funds can be withdrawn:

Wagering requirement for the welcome bonus: 10 times (10x)
Time limit to meet the wagering requirement: within 30 days of the bonus being awarded
If the requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The bdjiee VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback rates are as follows:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Eligibility to advance to higher tiers depends on the type and consistency of play.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or manipulative betting patterns — the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the bdjiee platform follow these general rules:

Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game
If the server connection is lost, the outcome of the ongoing round will be determined according to the system record
If a technical error is found in a game result, bdjiee will make a decision after investigation
bdjiee is not responsible for any loss caused by internet connection issues

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Additional rules apply to sports betting:

Only bets placed before the match begins will be considered valid
If a match is suspended or cancelled, the bet will be void and funds will be returned
For live betting, only bets confirmed before the odds change are valid
Specific rules for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments may apply separately

7 Fair Play and Security

7.3 Anti-Manipulation

Fraudulent or deceptive activity
Providing a false identity or information
Operating multiple accounts
Failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements

bdjiee reserves the right to forfeit account funds in the event of a violation.

14 Changes to Terms

bdjiee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address or posted on the platform.
